Guest Program

Two restaurants. One villa. The sea in between. Bros', Bros' Trattoria, and long stretches of nothing planned at all — a handful of tables worth showing up for, and all the free time around them to actually enjoy each other.

Fifth Edition · Ten Years of Bros'

Bros'Land is the platform for creative exchange Chef Floriano Pellegrino and Chef Isabella Potì built around Bros' — cuisine, art and culture in one format, where chefs, artists, journalists and influencers meet to push new gastronomic and cultural frontiers. Not a static event: a living system in constant transformation, where gastronomy becomes a medium for connection, experimentation and dialogue — reaching beyond the restaurant into a wider cultural dimension, built on an international network of chefs, creatives and professionals. This fifth edition marks ten years of Bros' and opens a new chapter, rooted in the Valle d'Itria. What follows is where to be, and when — the rest of the time is yours.

What Bros'Land Is

Four Ideas, One Weekend

Puglia

Born in Salento — grown, year after year, into something the world shows up for.

Experience

International guests, masterclasses, themed dinners, a press tour running the whole time — this isn't a dinner, it's a production.

Editorial Project

Articles, interviews, films — everything that happens here gets documented, then shared. The weekend doesn't end when the plates are cleared.

Community

Chefs, journalists, creators, kitchen obsessives — every guest here already belongs to it.

02 — Day Two

Two Kitchens. One Night.

Saturday, 19 September
Morning
On Camera, On Mic
The guest chefs trade the pass for a lens — podcast conversations, plus two recipe films shot live: one with Chef Floriano, one with Chef Isabella. Bros'Land is as much a publishing project as it is a weekend — this is where it gets made.
Morning, in parallel
Off Camera
Not filming? Stay horizontal. Breakfast at the Villa, lunch at Bros' Trattoria — the pool doesn't care which one you choose. Giuseppe Lampugnani's Frizzcafé keeps a poolside spread going all morning, sweet and savory both.
Afternoon · 13:00–16:00
Food Truck at the Villa
Frumentum Pizza
Frumentum Pizza parks its food truck at the Villa, firing pizza del territorio for guests to enjoy poolside between activities.
Evening · 20:00
Simultaneous dinners
Same night, two rooms — each its own Impossible Dinner, four and two chefs respectively working the same pass, techniques and identities merging into one table.

Before You Ask

Nothing Here Is Fixed

The Villa, unscheduled

No table, no camera call? The Villa and the pool are open — there's no schedule for doing nothing.

Saturday has a crew

Recipe films and podcast recordings run Saturday morning.

Three terrace nights

Cocktail Party, Friday through Sunday, straight off the back of dinner — Villa terrace, three nights running, with a surprise or two along the way.

Split kitchens

Bros' and Bros' Trattoria fire at once, Saturday and Sunday — there's no wrong table.

Dress Code
Total Black

Friday's Gala Dinner is the one night with a dress code — formal, total black, no exceptions.

What to Pack
Sun by Day, Layers by Night

Late September in Puglia means pool and sunshine gear by day — but it cools down fast after dark, especially on the terrace, so bring something warm to layer once the sun goes down.
